Teens Thriving Together (T3) is excited to announce Nirvana, our second pilot program hosted at Community 729. Building on the success of Genesis, Nirvana represents the next step in our journey to empower young adults through holistic healing practices and deep self-discovery.

Eligible Participants: Young adults aged 17-19 who have completed the Genesis program
