Volunteer Programs at T3
At Teens Thriving Together (T3), our volunteers are the heart of our organization. Join us in making a difference in the lives of teens through our various volunteer programs. Whether you’re passionate about mentoring, event planning, or administrative support, there’s a place for you at T3.
Program Volunteers
Help facilitate our nature-based and holistic healing programs. Work directly with teens, guiding them through activities and providing support during sessions.
- 18 years or older
- Background check required
- Commitment of at least 4 hours per week
- Interest in holistic healing and youth development
Mentors
Provide one-on-one guidance and support to teens as they navigate their healing journey. Build meaningful relationships and be a positive role model.
- 21 years or older
- Background check required
- Commitment of at least 2 hours per week for 6 months
- Experience in counseling, education, or related fields preferred
Event Volunteers
Assist with organizing and running T3 events and workshops. Help create engaging and impactful experiences for our teen participants.
- 16 years or older
- Ability to commit to at least 2 events per month
- Enthusiasm for event planning and execution
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Administrative Support
Help with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps T3 running smoothly. Assist with data entry, correspondence, and other office tasks.
- 18 years or older
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment of at least 3 hours per week
